Reconocimiento a la carne de caza

La Asociación Interprofesional de la Carne de Caza (ASICCAZA) valora positivamente la reciente resolución publicada en el Diario Oficial de Castilla La-Mancha (DOCM), que incluye la carne de caza como nuevo producto autorizado de venta directa, un distintivo promovido por la administración regional para incentivar el consumo de productos de la región.

Según recoge dicha resolución, se incluirá a la carne de caza proveniente de cotos de caza y granjas cinegéticas ubicadas en Castilla La-Mancha en la lista de productos ligados a la explotación agraria autorizados para la venta directa, con un máximo de 50.000 kilogramos al año por empresa.

Se trata de una mejora significativa para el sector, ya que con esta autorización se amplían las opciones de venta para las industrias de carne de caza que operan en la región. No obstante, la interprofesional aclara que la autorización de la venta directa no se refiere a una transacción entre el cazador y el consumidor, sino que se trata de una nueva opción de venta únicamente para las industrias productoras bajo este distintivo.

Las características asociadas a esta nueva posibilidad, precisamente, hacen hincapié en el cumplimiento de toda la normativa nacional y comunitaria para la elaboración y transformación de este tipo de carne, conforme a las más estrictas exigencias de higiene y sanidad. Supone, por tanto, una nueva garantía de que el producto final ha superado todos los controles higiénicos sanitarios y de seguridad alimentaria exigidos para su consumo.

Mercado 'Campo y Alma'

Los productos de venta directa ligados a la explotación agraria se regulan en el Decreto 71/2020, de 9 de diciembre, con el objetivo de apoyar y promover las cadenas de suministros de alimentos y establecer canales más directos de comercialización.

La inclusión de la carne de caza en este listado abre una nueva posibilidad para las industrias cárnicas a través del 'Market Campo y Alma', la plataforma de venta online para promocionar los productos agroalimentarios de Castilla La-Mancha donde ya operan cerca de 300 productores de la región. Según informa la Consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería y Desarrollo Rural, ya habría en dicho mercado digital hasta 47 productos de carne de caza, diferenciados en el apartado de 'Venta directa'.

ASICCAZA agradece al Gobierno de Castilla La-Mancha dicho reconocimiento, lo cual refleja la sensibilidad hacia un sector, el de la carne de caza, que encuentra en este territorio uno de los mayores núcleos de producción y comercialización de un producto muy estrechamente ligado a la sostenibilidad y a la generación de empleo en el mundo rural.
