Fecha de caducidad o fabricación

Muy buenas. Me he comprado unas cajas de munición del cal. 30-06 Winchester Super X Power Point 180 gr.
He ido a buscar la fecha de caducidad pero en la caja sólo indica una fecha. ¿Sabéis si se trata de la fecha de fabricación o de caducidad?.
